2.1 Waitlist Registration

When you join our waitlist, we collect your email address. This data is collected with your explicit consent.

2.2 Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to collect anonymous usage data, including:

  • Pages visited
  • Time spent on pages
  • Referral source
  • Browser type and device information
  • Approximate geographic location (country/city level)

Google Analytics uses cookies to collect this data. No personally identifiable information is collected through analytics.

2.3 Resume Data (Future Service)

When the LevStack service launches, users who upload resumes will have their data processed to provide the service. This data will be processed with explicit consent and will not be used for AI model training.

3. Legal Basis for Processing

  • Consent — Waitlist registration and cookie usage
  • Legitimate interest — Website analytics to improve user experience
  • Contract performance — Resume processing when using the service (future)

4. Data Retention

  • Waitlist emails: Retained until the service launches or until you request deletion.
  • Analytics data: Retained for 14 months (Google Analytics default).
  • Resume data (future): Retained for the duration of your account. Deleted within 30 days of account deletion.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. Data may be shared with:

  • Google LLC — Analytics data processing (GA4)
  • Amazon Web Services — Infrastructure hosting (data stored in EU region eu-west-3)
